Your data are secure in our hands
•All projects must be booked 2 weeks in advance. Deposit payments must be made upon completing a booking. The remaining payments are paid upon completion.
•Our editorial service is entirely neutral with regards to publishers, journals and funding bodies, and is not involved in the publication or submission process.
•If we believe your paper needs a lot of extra experimental work in order to be published in a professional journal with impact, we will communicate this with you before starting to edit the text. You can then decide if you want us to continue with the editing so that you can still try and publish your paper regardless, or if you want to wait and improve your paper before we start editing.
•Your returned document will contain queries and comments that you are not obliged to accept. Our edits are suggestions only and are by no-means definitive.
•Our editors do not ghost-write or alter the meaning or intention of your provided text.
•Our editors cannot guarantee acceptance of a grant application or manuscript at a particular journal or funding body.
•All documents sent to us are treated confidentially and are not shared or distributed with any third party. Documents will be removed from our files after 2 months of returning the manuscript to you. All editors sign confidentiality agreements with Da Vinci Editing.
•If, upon submission to a journal (or equivalent), you are informed that the English language usage is not of a high enough quality to be considered further, or you are recommended to use a professional language editing company, please send us the relevant communication and proof of the version of manuscript that you submitted, and we will arrange a suitable refund.
